Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy
Anderson’s Commercial and Industrial Cleaning recognizes equality of access to jobs and benefits in the workplace for all personnel and for potential personnel.
Equality of opportunity is based on merit. We understand that merit means that a person’s ability is judged on their skills, knowledge and aptitude, and not on their sex, race, marital status, sexuality or physical disability.
Merit will be the only criterion for selecting the best person for a job, training or promotion.
Occupational Health and Safety
Anderson’s Commercial and Industrial Cleaning has a genuine commitment to safety, and as a result has put in place procedures that honour our obligation to the State’s Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act and Anderson’s Cleaning Safety Policies.
The Safety Manual and the implementation of its policies and procedures validate our commitment to safety, providing safety training during induction, and subsequently have input to updating safety practices.
