Defective building equipment shall be brought to the attention of the customer, such as:
Doors and/or gates not properly secured
Leaking plumbing
Any unusual circumstance that may affect the security or maintenance of the facility.
Lights or lighting that may be defective.
Anderson’s Commercial and Industrial Cleaning is covered by the necessary insurance policies, including public liability insurance.
